Please note that certain items are non-returnable​ for hygiene or security reasons:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, e-books).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details:​ Include your name, order number, and details of the issue. Photos of the product (e.g., showing damage or defects) are helpful and may be requested.

  3. Instructions:​ If your return is approved, we will email you instructions and the return address to ship the item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approval:​ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Issuing Refunds:​ If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Timing:​ Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Our Fault:​ If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Other Reasons:​ For returns based on customer preference (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Products without original packaging or showing signs of use.
