1. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time it takes for us to prepare your item(s) for shipment. It does not include the actual shipping transit time.
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For items that are made-to-order or noted with a different processing time (e.g., “Ships within 5-7 days”), the timeframe specified on the product page will apply .
2. Shipping Destinations & Services
We are happy to ship to addresses within the United States and to many international destinations .
Domestic Shipping (Within the USA): We primarily ship via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: We can ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to accept your order at this time.
